All of our sites are created by our in-house designers which makes them exclusive to UK Churches.
Choosing your design is easy. You simply pick one of our exclusive designs and personalise it with your choice of menu items.
All of the images you see can be replaced with images of your choice. We then build your site for you, and all of this is included in your monthly subscription amount.
You having nothing to pay until you have signed off your design and are happy for us to build it!

Private Area to Monitor Your Project
Our custom built Admin Centre has been designed to allow you to communicate with us and monitor your project and its progress.
Hosting and Support
Hosting is the space on the Internet where you website resides. We have our own servers complete with all the technology to make your site run quickly and efficiently with a full suite of functions including managing your domain name, email, web forms, audio and video.
Our support package gives you technical support for your website to keep it running as it should. Our content management system provides an easy to use platform to manage all the features of your website from under one roof, and we’re on hand to help you if you get stuck.
Domain Name Purchase / Transfer
If you don’t already have a domain name we will purchase and maintain your domain name for you. If you already have a domain name, we can arrange for it to point to our servers with no fuss at all.
Email Addresses
Starter/Plus – 20 | Premium – unlimited
Our email system allows you to check your email from wherever you are. You can opt for full email POP3 accounts or just simple forwarding addresses if you want to collect all your email in one place.
Content Management System
The WordPress content management system lets you update the pages of your site easily and quickly, giving you the ability to update your site’s content from any computer connected to the Internet, wherever you are. It also allows you to assign different users to manage different parts of your site.
We have step by step video tutorials that will help you get started and we are always on hand to provide telephone support.
Blog & WordPress Content Management System
Our websites are based on the excellent WordPress platform which provides your blog, events calendar and content management system. There is an easy to use control panel that allows you to add and update content on your site, as and when you choose. This means that you can alter the content (images and text) of the non-template parts of your website without having to contact us to do it for you.
Blog
Most organisations use a blog to post latest news and events, and you will be able to use it to display video direct from You Tube or Vimeo, upload audio sermon podcasts, images, blog posts and just about any other content that you want your visitors to see. Create as many categories as you like to organise this content. (Plus/Premium only)
WYSIWYG Editor
WordPress provides an editor that allows you to use formatting tools to enter and edit your text content just like you would in a word processor.
Separate Accounts for Your Church Team
You can have multiple users set up on your blog with varying access levels to help maintain the website and keep it fresh.
Subscribe to RSS
This feature allows your site visitors to subscribe to your blog so they can read your blog posts in an RSS feed reader.
Send Group Emails
You can also send out periodic e-mails to either your entire database, or selected recipients highlighting a new teaching series or upcoming events. (Plus/Premium only)
Password Protected Pages
Keep uploaded documents for specific church members safe by password protecting certain pages.
Site Search
A search facility lets visitors to your site easily search for information they are looking for.
Automatic Photo resizing
Your uploaded photos will automatically be resized to a more suitable size. WordPress lets you choose from various sizes of your image as you insert it to your page or resize or crop it manually.
Activate posts for discussion
Enabling discussion on your site helps to create a community around your site. Visitors and congregation members/clients can comment on your posts or you can allow certain members to have their own user account to post their own content.

Events Calendar
Your events calendar is a excellent feature that highlights all the events that you add in your WordPress control panel. Your events are automatically displayed on your homepage (if your chosen design accommodates it).
Place all of your events into your site so that your visitors are kept fully up to date. Your events calendar can be shown as a mini calendar in your blog pages, or as a full-size calendar. Schedule recurring events, or link them to articles in your blog or site pages to provide more information.
Photo Gallery
A photo gallery is an excellent way to give newcomers to your site the opportunity to get an insight to your organisations day to day life and community. The excellent gallery tool allows users to view your individual images organised neatly into albums or view images in a slideshow.
Audio and Video
Our Packages give you the opportunity to enjoy audio and video facilities.
You will be able to upload your own mp3 files so visitors can listen online through your site or subscribe to your podcast through iTunes! (Plus/Premium only)

Video can be added to a YouTube or Vimeo account and then embedded into a page in your blog with the greatest of ease.

Rotating Image Banner (Premium Only)
Rotating Image Banners allows you to showcase a slideshow of images in the header area of your site. These images can be adverts for events, concerts, conferences or simply images with slogans or key scriptures.
We can also link the banner to the page of your choice, enabling your site visitors to get instant detail to whatever you are promoting.
We start off your site with up to 5 banner designs, and you can change them at anytime by using our admin system to send us details of the text and image you would like to appear on the banner and the order you would like it to appear.
Have no professional images of your own? NO PROBLEM!
You can use www.123rf.com to select an image, let us know the image number and we will use it to construct your banner.
Our graphic design team will then construct your banner and upload it to your site for you.
Our Starter and Plus packages come with one static banner that we can design for you, or you can use the default banner that comes with your chosen design. If you want to add rotating banners, this can be done for a separate fee.
Receive Donations and Payments Online
Donations allows a visitor to your site to donate any amount they wish as a single payment.
This is standard feature on our Plus and Premium websites and only requires you to set up an account with PayPal. You will need to provide us with the email address and password for the account so we can integrate it with your site.
E-commerce – sell products online
Only our Premium package features the WP eCommerce shopping cart software plugin but Starter and Plus package users can install a shopping cart solution from the following options at an additional cost. We have partnered with 3rd party solutions like Shopify to provide you with a portal to sell your products online.
There are 3 types of site integration:
- WP eCommerce – this is a shopping cart plugin system for WordPress. It’s the simplest and most integrated solution which requires minimal cost and confirguration.
- Shopify Basic – You use a predefined store look from Shopify personalised with your logo.
- Shopify Advanced – we customise your shop and integrate it to your site. (subject to quotation)
Shopify is a separate subscription service.
Web Forms
Web forms allow your site visitors to send or request information from your site. We install a contact form as standard on your site that we can route to an email address of your choice, or multiple recipients.
Newsletters (Plus/Premium)
Send your latest blog posts to your subscribers with a logo-headed email to keep them coming back to the site, or make an announcement to keep everyone up to date. Visitors can subscribe to your newsletter on your site and can easily unsubscribe from a link in the email. You can also organise your contacts into groups.
Google Maps and Analytics
We will install a Google map of your organisation with a link to ‘get directions’ in your Contact Us section to make it easy for people to find your building.
We’ll also install Google Analytics to your site so you can keep track of your visitors and site traffic. (Requires free Google Analytics account to be set up)
Social Media Icon Links
Many organisations now already have Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts. All our designs now feature these icons as standard which we will link up to your various social media network sites at no extra charge. Simply provide us with the links.
